Any woman in a woman's eyes would be... I shouldn't be rating her. But I can't help myself.

I met Ms. Demon in Heels months ago, a very long (and later daily) encounter.

One of those k drama bosses with complex due to short height. She can make you feel at ease with her words and burn you at the year end evaluation. Rating her would be breaking the sacredness of blogging and star ratings.

Favorite spot: front row seat in everything

Best friend: impossible; she is her own BFF

Long hair and sweet smile      ...Short and over the top makeup   -ve

Strength: Survive anywhere with her chameleon persona

Weakness: <blank>

Traits: can doll up anywhere anytime, unpredictable, and unstable

Rating: 1 out of 5. You better stay at least a mile away from her.

She does kind of put me at ease   (only to pull me back down, then again)

NATURAL FACE POWDER FOR GLOWING SKIN (FACE POWDER TO PREVENT OILY SKIN/IRRITATED SKIN/SENSITIVE SKI)

Since we know that talcum powder has asbestos (a carcinogen) why not try some thing natural that leaves you with a smooth and glowing skin? WE NEED...  1–2 cups oat powder or cornstarch, I'm using oat meal powder (or a combination) 1 cup white cosmetic clay essential oil of choice, I'm taking lavender oil (optional) lavender and rose flowers (optional) INSTRUCTION Combine the cornstarch powder and clay in a large bowl, and whisk together.  Add the essential oil, for fragrance. Use light scented oil which will go well with your perfume and natural scent. Grind the flower petals into powder using a grinder. Sift the mixture with a whisk, then grind again until you get a fine powder. Once finely powdered, add it into the 1st mixture and whisk well. Press the powder with a cotton cloth and let it sit for 5-6 hours. Once the powder is dry and the oil absorbed, transfer the powder into a container and shake well to get fine powder.
