Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Matcha (green tea) powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • Honey
  • Water (optional)

Preparation

  • Blend the spinach, banana, cinnamon, Matcha powder in a blender. Add the protein powder and blend again.
  • Pour honey on the top and top it off with some banana slices dipped in Matcha powder and cinnamon

NUTRITION: 226 calories / 1.3 g fat / 26 g carbs / 6 g fiber / 13 g sugar / 28 g protein
